Date updated: 04.04.2026
This page sets out the legal information, the procedure for using the Euro Travel website, the terms for submitting requests and making bookings, the rules for processing personal data, the use of cookies, as well as other terms of interaction between users and the website https://euro-travel.com.ua/.
1. Purpose of the website
The website is intended to inform users about international passenger and/or freight transport services, routes, approximate travel conditions, ways of contacting the carrier, as well as for submitting requests to clarify the cost, book seats, obtain consultations and make other related enquiries.
The information posted on the website is of an informational nature, unless otherwise expressly stated in a specific offer, booking confirmation, ticket, contract or separately agreed terms of service.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By using the website, submitting a request, or getting in touch by phone, email, feedback form, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram or other communication channels, the user confirms that they have read this page and agree to its terms.
If the user does not agree with these terms, they should refrain from using the website and the services available through it.
3. Procedure for using the website
The user undertakes to use the website in good faith and not to take any actions that may disrupt the operation of the website, the security of data, or the rights of the website owner, the carrier, other users or third parties.
The following is prohibited:
- using the website to submit false, inaccurate or fraudulent requests;
- posting or transmitting through the website malicious software, spam, offensive or unlawful materials;
- copying, reproducing, distributing or using the website’s materials without the permission of the rights holder, except in cases expressly permitted by law;
- taking actions aimed at unauthorised access to the administrative part of the website, servers, databases or service accounts.
4. Requests, bookings and conclusion of a contract
Submitting a request through the website, a messenger, email or by phone does not in itself mean the automatic conclusion of a transport or service contract.
A contract is considered concluded after the request is confirmed by an authorised representative of the carrier or service, after the essential terms of the trip are agreed, and, in the relevant cases, after the issue of a ticket, boarding document, written booking confirmation, invoice or another document confirming that the order has been accepted for execution.
Until the request is confirmed, information about seat availability, the route, the date, the departure time, the boarding point, transfers, luggage conditions, the cost, payment methods, cancellation rules and other terms may be subject to clarification.
5. Cost of services, payment, changes and cancellation
The information about the cost of services indicated on the website may be approximate, unless otherwise expressly stated. The actual price is confirmed by the manager or the carrier during the processing of the request or in the document confirming the booking.
The payment methods, the deadlines for making a prepayment or full payment, the procedure for refunds, the rules for changing the trip date, cancelling a booking, or rescheduling a seat or route are communicated to the user before the order is confirmed and apply in the version agreed by the parties at the time of booking.
If special cancellation or refund rules apply to a specific trip, destination, carrier or fare, those special rules take precedence.
6. Documents, border crossing and passenger obligations
The passenger is solely responsible for having and for the validity of all documents required for the trip, in particular the passport, residence permit, visa, insurance policy, documents for a child, exit permits, as well as other documents that may be required by border, customs, migration or other competent authorities of Ukraine or foreign states.
The website owner and/or the carrier are not liable for refusal to cross the border, delay, denial of carriage, deportation, fines, seizure of belongings or other consequences if they are connected with the absence, invalidity or improper execution of documents, or with the passenger’s violation of the rules of entry, exit, transit, or customs or migration requirements.
The passenger is obliged to comply with the rules of conduct during the trip, safety requirements, luggage restrictions, and the instructions of the driver or authorised persons, and not to transport items whose circulation or transport is prohibited or restricted by law.
7. Passenger rights
In cases where this is provided for by the applicable legislation of Ukraine, international treaties, the carrier’s rules or the legislation of the European Union, the passenger may have rights to receive information about the trip, assistance in the event of cancellation or significant delay, to submit a claim, to obtain a refund, or to change the route/date of the trip within the limits and in the manner established by the relevant rules.
To exercise such rights, the passenger must use the contacts indicated on the website or in the booking confirmation and provide documents confirming the booking, the payment and the circumstances of the enquiry.
